OUR STORY
Our story began with a common struggle: dealing with breakouts and the frustration that comes with them.
As young women navigating the nonstop demands of our busy schedules and a highly social environment, we found ourselves battling acne throughout our college years and wanted a convenient yet effective solution. After trying spot treatments that dried our faces out and destroyed our skin barrier, we turned to pimple patches – a simple and convenient blemish solution. While we became regular pimple patch users, we still felt like something was missing.
We wear makeup everyday whether it is to class, work, or for a nice dinner and pimple patches simply are not compatible with makeup application. When trying to apply foundation or concealer, the makeup layers on streaky and gathers at the edges of the patch, only drawing more attention.
That’s when we came up with the idea for a product that not only treats blemishes but also serves as a flawless base for makeup – a truly invisible solution. We wanted something we could integrate into our daily routines without worrying about our makeup being cakey or it flaking around the edges like everything else we had tried.
